Quality. Excellence. Attention to detail. These are the goals I strive for in every design I create. I’ve always had an appreciation for good design in all aspects of life and firmly believe that quality designs are born from meticulous attention to the details. I put a lot of thought into each piece that I create, and it’s not unusual for me to spend hours searching for the perfect color or font, and tweaking the layout until it’s just right.
My personal style is inspired by the clean, modern and timeless aesthetic of designers like Paul Rand and Massimo Vignelli. I love the challenge of creating logos and branding elements for companies - finding just the right typography, color and style to visually illustrate what is at the heart of their business. And, when appropriate, I love to incorporate an element of fun. For me, time spent researching, gathering visual inspiration, and sketching out ideas is time well spent. Design is also a collaborative process between myself and the client, so building a strong working relationship is very important to me. Ultimately, I hope to exceed my client’s expectations and leave them with a final product that they absolutely love.
Design is literally everywhere, and I find inspiration in all kinds of places - from the grocery store to the art gallery. As a visual person, the photo roll on my phone is full of seemingly random images, but for me they serve as a virtual inspiration board. I’m obsessed with color, texture and typography. The people who know me best describe me (lovingly, I hope) as detail-oriented. These traits drive me as a graphic designer - seeking to constantly learn and improve as I work to create pieces that are well-thought out and of the highest quality.
